We'll start by interviewing you! Tell us everything - what you want in a doula, desired cultural background, ideal personality type, etc. This will just take 30 minutes of your time.
We'll interview doulas for you.
We'll save you weeks of researching, scheduling, and interviewing by searching through our network of hundreds of experienced doulas. We'll use the info from your interview to match you with 3 doulas who will meet your needs.
Choose your doula!
After receiving your curated list of doulas you can choose to interview just one or all of them! After interviewing, you'll choose the doula that's the best fit for you and begin your journey together.

Unlike a traditional doula agency or referral agency, Onu does not take a percentage of the doula's fee and doulas do not pay annual dues to work with Onu. This means Onu can connect with hundreds of doulas, instead of just the doulas who pay a membership fee

After you choose the doula who's the best fit for your family, you will work directly with them on the terms of the contract and the details of your working relationship. The beauty of Onu is that we don't dictate the specifics of your relationship with your doula.

If the first batch of matches aren't the right fit, Onu will send you another batch to interview.

The only thing you won't work directly with your doula on is payment. Onu handles that for you. We'll collect a flat fee from you and ensure that the doula gets paid their fee.
